• Average Payment Plan helps average the cost of your bill from month to month (using the average from your last 12 bills) so you have a better idea of what to expect on your monthly bill. 
• Adjustable due date is available if you rely on Social Security or Supplemental Security Income, which lets you schedule your payments to coordinate with the date you receive benefits.
• Qualifying Missouri customers may be eligible for our Economic Relief Pilot Program, receiving a monthly credit on your bill. 
• We also offer a number of local assistance agencies and program option information.
