What if I call during a power outage and can’t get through?

You can also report an outage online (use a cell phone if your power is out).

If you can't report it online, our automated line is also available and will also get information to our crews. You don’t need to speak to a customer service representative to report your outage, but if there's something additional you need, you can contact us. You may spend a bit of time on hold due to high call volumes during severe weather events, but we call in extra staff to reduce this as much as possible.
